   Hi Peter, Groß Gott

   I am sure that you are aware that there is a plethora of learning material available and so difficult to choose (like a child in a sweet shop). I like this idea and will look at it in more detail when my task is to study German. My first observation after a brief look (as a keen cook, I could not resist your third video) is that it is difficult to follow the spoken German and read the subtitles. You could try slowing down your speech or, as is possible on YouTube, introduce the feature of being able to slow down the playing speed of the video.
